At Hackrate, we are committed to continuous innovation to provide the best solutions for our clients. Today, I am pleased to announce the launch of our latest module, the Pentest Insight Engine. This tool is designed to enhance the effectiveness of pentesting by offering real-time recommendations and instructions.
The idea for the Pentest Insight Engine came from a conversation with a cybersecurity leader at one of Europe's largest financial institutions. They conduct hundreds of pentests each year and were impressed with how HackGATE controls and monitors our ethical hackers. However, they suggested that we could add even more value by providing recommendations during the pentest, rather than just at the end.
This feedback inspired us to develop the Pentest Insight Engine. This module offers recommendations on what to test, such as specific API endpoints or attack types that may not have been comprehensively tested. It can track the changes between different versions of web applications, helping pentesters focus on the changes. By improving the effectiveness of internal pentesters, companies can reduce the cost of pentests and enhance their overall security posture.
We believe the Pentest Insight Engine will be highly beneficial for enterprise companies managing internal pentesters. It allows customers to see our recommendations and how the quality of their tests improves over time.
We are still open to feedback and suggestions as we continue to build and refine HackGATE offerings.
Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to hearing your thoughts on the Pentest Insight Engine.
