During the testing, HackGATE revealed a new URL path in the web app that should not have been accessible with the given user roles and had previously seen no testing traffic. The penetration tester who discovered this hidden location reported the security flaw on the Hackrate Ethical Hacking Platform to the Everest team, showcasing an interesting and valuable use case of the HackGATE solution.
